Who is SIMCA?

We find land and build properties along the Yucatan peninsula to the beach town of Tulum. We’ve completed over 30 developments with our expertise in condos and developments that range between $149,000 to $1.5 million USD. We lead the path as the #1 Developer in Mexico’s Southeast territory.

Our goal is to educate and help investors, vacation rental owners, or second family home buyers looking to purchase a property in one of the hottest tourist destinations in the world. How SIMCA started?

SIMCA is a second-generation company.  Our parents pioneered the land while we grew up together and went camping on the pristine beaches of the Riviera Maya. We built our first condo 20 years ago.  15+ years ago we created SIMCA.  We wanted to contribute to the development of Playa del Carmen, Merida, and Tulum guided by the best architects. We’ve persevered and expanded even during times of market crashes or a pandemic global crisis.

A charismatic gentleman. Chris brings his foreign real estate experience to the Riviera Maya. At a young age, he moved overseas, mastering International Business and Hotel Administration.  He became an ex-pat living and working on three different continents.

Chris’s wisdom and background in advising many foreign clients make him a perfect fit as the Chief Commercial Officer of SIMCA Real Estate. Chris fell in love with the Riviera Maya because of the beauty of the Caribbean ocean and the lifestyle.  With so much that the Riviera Maya offers, it stopped him in his tracks.  He has everything he needs to live the laidback lifestyle and keep him busy.  His desire to help others invest or escape the rat race to live a stress-free life in the Caribbean radiates from him the minute you meet him.
